SEMA Show 2017 Review With UpdatePromise

The holidays are officially here, and the SEMA Show 2017 has come and gone. A few weeks ago in Las Vegas, 70,000 domestic and international buyers flooded the halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. What did they see, you might ask? 3,000 newly introduced parts and tools, 2,400 exhibiting companies, and 1,500 of the coolest cars you’ve ever seen. UpdatePromise, an exhibitor at the event, provides some insight into their experience in this SEMA Show 2017 review.

UpdatePromise team members Krista and Tyler give a demo at show, a memory for the SEMA Show 2017 Review.

An annual event, SEMA is “the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world”. Not open to the general public, this event draws thousands of attendees and exhibitors because of its huge spread of themes besides sick rides: educational seminars for industry professionals and businesses, product demonstrations, celebrity meet and greets, monstrous parties, and valuable networking opportunities all make up the week long event.

Once again, UpdatePromise had the special opportunity to exhibit, this time in the North Hall of the event’s massive venue. Our team spent their days doing live demonstrations at our UDP Booth, talking to industry professionals, and taking in the

spectacle.

“SEMA was a great opportunity for us to really connect with other professionals in the industry—we were surprised and excited by the wide range of people from different backgrounds that we met. Plus, we got to be right in the center of all the top technology, and got to see some really cool and exciting stuff.” Said Tyler Holman, one of the team members present at SEMA last week.

SEMA was especially exciting for UpdatePromise this time around, mostly due to the release of their enhanced mobile app this year, as well as a new integration partnership with one of the largest credit and debit card processors in the US. You can find UpdatePromise at their next event, the National Automotive Dealers Association Convention, in Las Vegas next year, from March 23rd to 25th.
